The Celtic Knot

A solid Irish pub with — you guessed it — lamb stew and a great bar

The Celtic Knot, by Tara for TKGO

When it’s cold outside, there is little that can fill your stomach like Irish pub grub. Burger and sandwich lovers will find a lot to choose from, but don’t overlook the traditional Irish dishes the Knot does best.

The lamb stew ($10.99) is the perfect solution to any cloudy/rainy/snowy day, but you’ll also find an ever-changing selection of fish dishes, stuffed pork chops and beef filets and an infallible liver and onions. The Guinness Beef and Mushroom Pasty ($10.99) is another of my favorites. Pair it with a European beer and linger at the bar after dinner.
