Pay per pincho and stand in a restaurant situated in one of the best spots in the Gothic Quarter

A bar fills an entire, long wall, and all the dishes of freshly cooked and plated pinchos (Basque-style bar snacks) are out on display, with small toothpicks holding together pretty little layers of meat, vegetables and bread. You circle and grab what looks good, then stand at tables to eat them and pay per toothpick at the end of your meal. Keep an eye out for plates coming out of the kitchen, because you’ll want to grab some of the more popular pinchos (like the shrimp ones) before they’re gone.
